iPhone X I’ve had an x for about 3 days and it’s disappointing

Why would you buy an x three different times?
Hold off and maybe go for the 8 Plus that LCD screen is not bad for what it is.
There are some kinks (apps) that need to be worked out with the X and the price in my personal opinion is not worth it.
I am curious to see what they do next year.
At least with Apple new price stays the same, so re sale is good, where Samsung retailers start price dropping with in weeks of release and within 6 months you can get a used one for less than half of release price.
I bought a Note 8 as new for $600 a month ago.
Note 8 64GB is retail $1399 here, X64GB $1529.
The extra $130 is worth it for the excellent Apple service and return policy v the make me run loops and bang my head against wall Samsung service.

Depending on how much and what was loaded on the phone it can take several days to index properly. Many people have reported poor battery and overheating life for the first few days right here on these forums and other web sites.
If you are still having problems after a few more days I would suggest reseting the phone's settings and starting the phone fresh without using a backup.

Part of me believes that you actually have a gripe against the iPhone X for whatever reason, being others have alluded that you purchased at least two iPhone X’s prior and now this is your third. I Honestly would go back to your iPhone 8 if you have the option. Seems you were more content with that model.
Right, you Already mentioned this prior and I asked you why exactly the iPhone X is disappointing and now you replied with “Overall this phone is dissapointing”, which doesn’t tell the readers anything. So what else is disappointing? More specific.
6 months away might as well wait and see what apple brings.
I was disapointed in the X as well. I do like the 8 plus but I am curious as to how apple improves the X this coming fall anf if the 8 & plus models will reach their fate....
Weird. Not sure about the Spotify thing - that's why I have almost 10,000 songs on my phone currently.
I find the battery life is vastly longer than my old 7+ not to mention that it lasts even longer if I run with black wallpaper with smart invert during my work hours.
