Up a hill
I understand why Yoga wouldn't show up in my collection as I don't do yoga, National park, doesn't show up either, maybe cause it's a long walk or?
😂😂 I do a little yoga now and again as my three score and ten plus the other couples of years has slowed me down a little😂😂 I think the National Parks is only a mile or something like that, not difficult👍

Yep, same here. Fridays are my rest days. I stick to that pretty strictly even if it means missing a challenge. I don't understand why Apple will not acknowledge rest days. That's unhealthy.
wouldn't you be able to change the goals down to something low, as a way to cheat? I mean, if your normal goal is 45 minutes, can't you change it down to 15 minutes for Friday, and then turn it back to 45 minutes on Saturday?

My progress up to now. On track, but not getting the amount of minutes per day down yet.

I've just realised that my June Challenge is nigh on impossible....!!!

There are only 30 days in June and its asking me to close my rings on 28 days out of these 30...??! 😮

Look up any exercise regime and they will ALL tell you to have 'rest' days (which I normally have on Sundays) - oh well, another month with a challenge not completed then......!

Depends, if you are an athlete then a rest day just means low intensity cross training. If you are "active" then a rest day is likely the couch. Speaking of which, I forgot to grab the Oreo's on my way to the couch...damn.

Got this your half way to a badge yesterday. View attachment 2018164
It’s a weird way to show this, another 1.712 years to go… it would be much more meaningful to get like “1 year of closing your move ring every day” or something like that… I had to Google what 625 days is - 1.712 years

I’m at a round number of days too, 2350 which translates to 6.438 years, go figure

And talking about challenge I might not meet:

I work from home and during the week it is impossible for me to burn 720 calories a day and this is what I need to do to get this badge.

I can technically change my Move goal to something lower that I can easily double but I am not sure that this makes sense. Then it won't be challenge. I might try to do it during the weekends where I walk/move more and thus burn more calories.
Well surprisingly I actually managed to achieve the challenge for June:

I had to adapt my training on weekly basis. Basically if I plan for a day to double my Move goal (which meant burning 720 calories) then the next day I would rest more and aim for 450-500 calories. This way I was able to achieve the challenge. It did require quite the planning though.
