I'm so excited to get mine! It's only the third day and I already can't take it anymore! I would have gotten it from a store but no discounts... and I don't have any apple stores in my province.

5 weeks to get my MBP...!!!!
You think 3 weeks is bad! I ordered a stock MBP on June 7, 2007. I am expecting to receive in July 13-July 16, 2007. I'm also in Canada, and getting the educational discount.

I'm really sorry to tell you that you shouldn't expect your MacBook Pro before August. I ordered mine (the 2.4 15'' model) on June 19th and i didn't customize anything on it and guest what... it's not arrived yet!!! I'm really tired of waiting!
Anyway my point is, have you seen the rumor that says Apple is having problem with the 15'' LED screens on the MBPs? That rumor also says people who ordered their MBP at the beginning of June don't have it by now.
So be patient and just know that i can understand the pain of waiting!!
Ordered my first Mac last night. Says it should be at my door by July 27th - Aug 1st. I can't wait, I keep thinking about it every 5 minutes.

I ordered mine the same day as the OP (July 9th). 2.2Ghz w/ CTO 200GB HD, Shipped Saturday the 21st. Apple emailed me saying I should have it on or before the 25th of July.

Hmm... I ordered mine with my edu. discount. I have noticed a difference in shipping dates in the past with edu. v. normal purchases. Not saying that's the reason. I honestly didn't expect it to come until early August.
I'm in Australia ordered 9th July edu discounted too, shipped 18th where expected 23rd. It was delivered today 23rd where est. on 30th, but no one at home. I'm going to TNT warehouse to collect it tomorrow. so it took 14 days total to get to my house. It was scary reading some threads about delays. My configuration is Glossy 15inch 2.4gbz. Hope this gives an idea for people just ordered, keep in mind different countries could vary in shipping time due to demand. Can't sleep tonight!!!

Just out of curiosity, where are you located? I'm now in my 7th week of waiting for my 2.4GHz/7k2 MBP... It kind of pisses me off that they can be this slow.

I ordered a 2.2MBP with glossy screen on July 10. Estimated ship date was July 19-24 and deliver b/w July 23-~August 31. I checked this morning and it is "prepared for shipment". Two weeks but oh well

because mine just got shipped
i ordered it on July 7 and they got the money on July 11.
I should get it delivered by friday !!!!

I live in the US, more specifically, California. I doubt this makes any difference as well, but it was CTO by my local Apple Store.
Ah, I see. Well, it does seem like they're prioritizing the US in deliveries. I just hope I get mine before August...
