You use Swype with 2 hands? I actually find Swype great for one handed use but my main keyboard is SwiftKey.

Hate to admit it, but till I read your post, I never actually tried using Swype with one hand. I always assumed that it would take both hands to use Swype.

It actually works pretty well. Thanks !

Former iphone user here. Trying to get used to the android way of things. So far so good.

Can someone recommend good apps for killing background processes. And any other apps you can recomnend. Not really interested in flashing my phone at this point.

I am using Advanced TaskManager Pro. Sometimes it is still necessary to kill background app pro-actively . Set it to kill apps 60 secs after the screen goes off. You should put all the core apps into Ignore list.

Reason: ad-supported apps and some game apps linger in the background consuming cpu and data for quite sometime.
