Just sold my 4S, can't decide on the replacement

I ended up with the HTC One. Man, this transition is going to be weird.

If you haven't used an Android phone before, you will find there are some subtle and not so subtle differences between iOS and Android that take time to get used to. There are similarities, but enough differences to need some adjustment period. Enjoy your new phone.

2 days in - I'm very happy with this phone. I do think that I need to root it and install a custom firmware. I noticed in Battery > Usage that 31% of my battery usage was attributed to HTC Sense, although I don't know how accurate this measurement really is.
