kernal panic

Hi all. I hope you can help I have a old white mac rjsybwqss working fine until I reset it and now I'm stucknin a loop
Turn it on and get attached photos. Cannot get inro safe mode or anything else. Have tried USB recovery but that just goes back to panic mode.
Would I be best just trying to buy an origional install disk as computer Shop want £60! To fix it
