Kernel Panics after updating to macOS 10.15.5 and external display no longer works

Came here via Google while debugging kernel panics related to external Thunderbolt 3 Display / CalDigit TS3+ hub. High-end 2020 13" MacBook Pro, 4 TB disk / 2.3 GHz i7 / 32 GB memory, Catalina 10.15.6.

Most expensive paperweight I ever bought, praying somebody has an update.

Have you contacted Caldigit support? They are quite responsive and have some troubleshooting steps.

I am having the same issues as all described here with MBP 2019 16" on 10.15.6 and external monitors/docking station. What is interesting now is after every KP, I lose my Touch ID settings/fingerprint. Anyone else experiencing that? Indicative of a further hardware problem?
