After a few seconds when I restart the computer and try to fill in the password the keyboard doesn’t working, the touchpad doesn’t work either. The computer itself starts looking for a blootooth keyboard for connecting. The only button that works is the power button, so I can only turn on and turn off the computer. Could you please give some advice on this? Thanks beforehand.

Just a random guess, but:

Check out the cable that runs from the trackpad to the motherboard.
It is just beneath the bottom cover. Running over the middle of the batteries.

Sometimes you can get it to work while adding pressure on the bottom plate right between the keyboard/trackpad.
If the pressure makes it work again order a new cable from ebay :)

You don't say what model your MBP is but I have the 13" 2020. I will be calling Apple tomorrow as I have the exact same issue. I already have a case number from a previous call. I open it up from letting it sleep and .... no keyboard or trackpad. I get the popup telling me it is looking for a keyboard but usually it finds the keyboard and the trackpad starts working a few seconds later. Occasionally they don't and I have to hold down the power button to restart it.

The Apple tech recommended a whole lot of things to try. Here is what they recommended that has not worked:
Reset SMC and PRAM - multiple times
Have done a complete reinstall of Catalina
My idea: Shut off the new battery health feature - worth a shot?
My idea: In Energy Saver unchecked everything but Power Nap - Just an thought.

Because I was at home when I called, where my internet is slow, we could not run a hardware test but I am sure we will on Monday. Regardless, my conclusion is there is a problem with the hardware. Prior to this 2020, I had a 2020 13" 17 that I had sent back. I had decided 16GB would not handle my video work and I wanted a 32GB model. The one I sent back never had this issue and ran just fine. This is hardware and it will be going back.

That looks like one of the good (2012 or earlier) 13" MBPs.

Did you spill something on it?
No, I didn’t spill anything on it. The version is macOS Catalina 2015, 13”.

I started pressing random buttons and moving the courser and suddenly it started working. At times it freezes, and I press the “Command” button and touch the touchpad and it seems to help after some time.

So it's a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)? AKA MacBookPro12,1?

So it's a MBP Retina 13-inch 2015?

I'm thinking it sounds like a hardware issue, possibly an expanded battery putting pressure on the connections.
