Keyboard mapping question

I’m used to playing the Google Earth flight simulator on Windows and the trust or power the airplane is only using the page down / page up keys.

But on a Mac keyboard it’s FN + up/down arrow keys.

How can I map the page down and up key to only to use the up down arrow keys?

Pressing the combination FN + the Up/Down arrow keys is just complicated when flying.

I don't think you can change them because they are not in the menu of the app.
On a keyboard without the FN key and with page down / page up keys, they work just as on Windows.
