My neighbor is selling his Dell P4317Q 43" for cheap to me because he's moving to asia. I just got a 14" Macbook Pro M1 Max. I'm running the latest MacOS Monterey. Does anyone here have experience with this setup?

There’s no reason why it wouldn’t work. Don’t use HDMI though.
