Leaks and rumors concerning the Mac Pro....

I went to the Apple store today to get my iPhone fixed and was shocked to discover they had a Mac Pro on display. I haven't been to the store in awhile (probably been a year), but I am certain that they didn't have it on display the last time I went.

Probably doesn't mean anything, but I thought it was interesting.

THey have had it on display. They took it down the holiday but put them back up.

Leaks and rumors about Mac Pros are few and far between. They hardly ever happen.

Exactly. What is there to leak? CPUs are a known quantity (they'll be E series Xeons). Rest of the components are commodity hardware. The case will likely be the same (no need/point in changing). PCIe video cards with a custom bios... it will have SATA3 drive bays....

Again... what's to leak? Thunderbolt port? Of course it will have one of those... its not news. USB3? Built into intel chipset, so again, of course...

Whether it is in production or not for a start.
