Leather Loop is perfect after applying oil

OK which one of these Oils would be better for applying to my Blue LL or are they just the same? I'll go with either or depending on comments

How long do you normally have to leave it to dry and does the oil soften it up pretty much immediately?

Just treated my black leather loop with Lexol this morning. Came out nice. Not greasy or too shiny, just cleaner, a bit darker, and a bit softer.
