I messed up my Dyson vacuum, no warranty, admitted that to the technician, and they said they’ll send out a new one, if I send the old busted up one. They said I was honest and telling them that I was at fault. So sometimes honestly does go along ways.

Dyson is awesome anyway. My old Dyson stopped working so I took it to the nearby Dyston service center where they determined that it needed a new roller and a new belt. After he replaced them both I asked what the damage was, and he replied "nothing, just remember us when you need to replace this vacuum." Great service for a 10-year-old vacuum.

I saw in another thread (Lenovo-X1E) that you received your laptop.
How is the double charge going and are you still going to receive another one?
