Do we need to be regressing into the age old Windows bashing. Vista is decent and is definately not 10.0, is better than 10.3, and System 7???? This thread is veering off the topic about being what the banner says.

Sorry but from all the 'new' features I've read Vista is nothing more than a WinXP SP3+ with new features. Firewall has been updated. I'm already running IE v7 Beta3 which is gonna get released fullblown on both systems as well as my WMPv11beta - which sucks btw. icons that are animated is a nice touch but nothing that couldnt be updated in a service pack for WinXP; Vista does require more system resources & computing HW than WinXP. but nothing entirely innovative or SUPREMELY a must upgrade. Windows Server 2007 beta 2 now that I'm looking forward to as it'll force my favourite Canadian company; RIM to update their BlackBerry Enterprise Server big time.
