Well, we have the Core Solos and the performance editions of the Core Duos on the release horizon, so Apple could do lots with those chips, (as well as the existing Core Duos), so I see no reason why Apple won't flesh out its MacBook Pro line and refresh its iBook line in the very near future.
Then again, what do I know?
