Let's talk battery life. What kind of battery life are you getting?

I've had pretty much every high end phone that has come out since the Windows Mobile days, and it's nice to see phones getting to a point that battery life isn't something you have to be concerned with (depending on your phone off course). So what kind of battery life are you getting on your phone?

Currently sat on 61 hours on my G2, with 3 hours screen on. Can't say I've really been using it that hard but it's nice to know I can just leave it lying around at it won't die on me.

Yeah the Note 3 has decent battery life overall. I definitely think they made a good move in the right direction. I'd like to see the Note get to where I can just use it however I want without having to consider battery usage. I think they are almost there though.
On a side note, I can't wait for the next generation of flexible displays, as they seem to sip the battery, compared to amoled and IPS displays.

I'm averaging about 4.5 hours screen on time with my Nexus 5. But I do miss my 6.5 hours I was getting with my Note II.

I've had to go 2 days of constant use before I even worry about the battery on my 1520....this thing is a beast.

On my GS4 about 8 hours of normal use. Which for me is mostly e-mail, a few texts, some facebook and the occasional youtube video. I keep a lot of the bells and whistles turned off.

On my Lumia 1520 I get about 2.5 days of use. And I tend to use the 1520 for reading since the screen is so large.

Both great phones, but even with other, "regular sized" phones I've found WP8 just manages battery life better. Both platforms have their obvious ups and downs, but I haven't come across any android phones that really wowed me with battery life, although the Note is pretty amazing. When they refresh the note I will likely replace my GS4 with it.

I still haven't had my moto X die on me 2 months into ownership. Very impressed with the battery life. Gigantic improvement over my Galaxy nexus.

Yikes, just 8 hours?! There's got to be something wrong there.
As for phones that caught my attention with battery life...the Moto X and Droid Ultra were both good on battery life, and could regularly get me to the 20-24 hour range. Prior to now, the Droid Maxx was the battery life king in my opinion, but now I think it has been dethroned. As for the Note, I think they still have a ways to go as far as battery life is concerned. I find it to be decent, but nothing amazing.

good thing about the note is the removeable battery...and having 3 spares worrying about battery life is something thats not an issue.

3 spares?! That's a bit overkill isn't it? Lol. All jokes aside, I don't think a removable battery presents much benefit to the vast majority of the population. People in general don't care to tote extra batteries with them all day, and have to remember to charge their spare batteries along with their phone, when they get home. Me personally, I'd rather just have a battery that can easily last a full day, without me having to think about how I use the phone.

well 2 techinally..plus the one that came with the phone.

It's only incase I'm away for the weekend and not near a charger or mainly when I watch NBA games or netflix on the go....just having the option without worrying about battery life is great to me.

I tether alot from my phone as I have unlimited data so I take my tablet to work all the time.

1-2 days tops out of my Note 3. Usually a full 18-20hrs of use puts me at about 30% left when going to bed. I can get 2 days on weekends since I have my work email push off then.

I have a Lumia 620. I get around 2-3 days of normal use, but I try to charge it nightly as I don't like driving in this snow with anything less than a full battery.

I live in PA. We have snow.

I keep Bluetooth, Wifi, NFC, and GPS on.

My iphone 5s lasts me all day and gets used A LOT. It's my work phone. Lots of calls, texts and emails. At the end of the day, I usually have between 10-20% left.

My HTC One pretty much sucks. It's my personal cell, and only gets used sparingly throughout the day. Maybe a phone call or two and some texting. At the end of the day, sometimes the % left is the same as my iPhone!

I can't wait to dump it for an iPhone6!

I was on speaker for a 5 hour conference call going in and out of weak signal areas (elevators, metal buildings), intermittent screen on time (mute/unmute the call) and my phone still lasted through the rest of the day on standby/intermittent usage. Also had BT on and connected to a headset but I was on speaker as I was working with someone that had to participate in the call too. Unplugged at 7 AM, plugged in after midnight.

Too many people put too much stock in the performance of the camera on their phone. Sure, it doesn't take GREAT pictures, but if I want a good picture I'll use my 18 MP Canon EOS-M. I get phones based on radio and build quality, as well as battery life.

Battery life is as unique as fingerprints. Everyone's battery life is different. Even those with the exact same phone won't get the same battery life.
