I was actually "good" today because the significant other left late for work, so I "HAD" to shower and get dressed. No Earl Grey tea in my PJ's today, I'm afraid.
Does the cat like to get under blankets and such? My previous cats did not like to be covered by blankets.

Ours is entirely anti-social but has this weird habit of wanting to lick our legs after a shower. He has his own water bowl, and we leave a sink dripping for him... but for some reason he licks our legs as if he'd been without water for a week. Maybe he thinks he's helping us to dry off, no idea... but cute.

glad to see someone else with a cat of similar behavior...two of my three cats wait for me outside the shower every morning. There is a cat water bowl, and an accessible dog water bowl, however, after I open the shower door, they run in and lick the warm shower water from any place they can reach, with out getting paws too wet...
I have 1 cat who is addicted to nicotine. After coming inside form smoking a cigarette, she would go crazy to try and lick our fingers to get the nicotine (I guess) from them. Now that I've quit smoking she goes doubly crazy on my wife (still a smoker).

I don't remember, but it was recent. He's always had a penchant for cleaning his sister's (the cat-smoker) ears.. and I think I just wiggled my finger in my ear and stuck it in his face. Now we can bribe him into sitting in our laps by pretending to stick a finger in our ears. He's very pretty and not terribly smart.

our largest male cat [gunther] isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer either...his 'favorite' thing to do is jump up and grab the door jam, then just hangs there.

I don't know if someone said this already, (to lazy to read), but it maybe that it's cooler in the sink. Like it's colder.
