I replaced my phone with the same issue and no difference. It seems every 12 series have this issue.Very disappointing from Apple. How is this even passed QA or they just ignored it and took us for granted. Here are two videos one with HDR and one is without.Terrible

-HDR

some posts above i wrote: “It seems turning “auto FPS” off (in camera settings) could solve the issue. Much better now”. Sadly, after few more weeks, and more tryes i can say that this workaround didn’t solve the issue. The video posted by MisterNO2019 perfectly shows the issue

Same issue. Purchased brand new 12 Pro 128 GB on 02/5/2021.
Flickering/glitching when recording video in 4K 24 or 30 FPS with HDR turned ON and I'm moving the camera. (I take a lot of landscape video and slowly rotate the camera to capture 360 degree views of the valley)

-If I record in 4K 60 FPS with HDR ON it seems to be ok.
-If I turn HDR OFF video records OK in 24, 30FPS and 60FPS.

Hi I have this issue and only noticed when recording against a snowy backdrop so a more uniform back area but with natural light. Apple suggest it is expected see what you think?
4K 60fps with HDR on.
Auto FPS off.

No flickering. 4K 60FPS. What kind of light is it? LED light or tungsten?
