Why DP4 is not a GM:

- Many things do show '...coming soon' messages.
- DP4 cannot be installed on latest MBP 2011 without issues.
- Graphics mode switching isn't working on most ATI equipped Macbooks. (confirmed on the Apple dev forums)
- Apple has not released a DP version of any OS X version in the past which was the same as GM
