Not a bug. This is to make scroll bars easier to click with a mouse. While scrolling itself works nicely with a wheel or Magic Mouse clicking to a specific location on a long scroll bar was more difficult than it needed to be. The scrollbar should remain thin unless your mouse is directly over it, however. If yours is always fat then that is not behaving as intended.

Not a bug so much, but it's fairly sluggish at times - certainly more so than Lion. It's very early days, so that's to be expected of course.

One thing I don't like is the appearance of tabs in ML Safari - UUUUU-GLY! Much prefer them as they are in the current version of Safari.

Anyone having trouble with Mountain Lion recognizing FAT-32 formatted flash drives? I can see it within Disk Utility but the drive does not show up in Finder. Its fine in Lion so not sure if this is a bug or not.

I've noticed some incompatibilities in using ARD. It seems that it's been updated to 3.6. Screen sharing seems to cause a freckled appearance on the source machine.

-When you have two input sources (English and any other language), you lose the saved setting for preferred input sources after rebooting the system.

Guys, it's fine you posting the bugs here, but please also submit them here:

http://bugreport.apple.com

Otherwise don't complain that they don't get fixed.

Hmm,, in past, for just bug reporting only, :apple: had requested a developer enrollment. For just bug reporting only!! US $99.00!! Only for bug reporting!!!

New Apple's OS's had always been released with plenty of bugs. Remember whenever Apple's new OS's were released!

Plenty of bugs in 10.8, too!

Be afraid of MS. History could be repeated again!

One easily found bug is "defaults" command. Check it.

2nd bug is to convert from BMP format to global.tiff(?) format in Pasteboard manipulation.

It's the only reason to upgrade.
Gotta have something to grab hold of.

Have Apple fixed the sand boxing bug. Where by your own text documents might be considered as being downloaded from the Web and would be stopped from running in Terminal?

Just submitted the stuttering transition from one desktop to another bug.

It's actually a feature listed in Apple's website. Apparently it's supposed to make it easier for you to grab the bar.
