Update:
I received an email from them on the 16th I think stating that my cases have been shipped.
I wrote to them again and got this reply yesterday-
Dear Khurram,
Thank you for supporting fabrix and so sorry for the delay.
According to our systems, your order has been shipped out successfully
to you. We hope to seek your kind understanding that sometimes delays
occur because the parcel gets retained at the customs section.
Can I kindly request that you be patient with us and bear with it for
a few days more. We believe that it should reach you in this coming
week. If you still do not receive it by the end of the week, I will
log in a case with the shipping company and get my guys to get you an
instant replacement.
Please be assured that we are doing whatever we can to help you get
your order to you.
