This is a new free voip application called Whistlephone ( http://www.whistlephone.com ). It is a free SIP phone that can work with any SIP service provider, it supports Banjour and three way calling. If you sign-up for their service, you can make inbound and outbound phone calls to any number. For inbound calls you do not have to have the app running, you can set up your own reach list. For example you can receive the phone call on your iPhone or home phone when the app is not running.
 
I don't know if you'll add this or what section this belongs in but Chipotle, Pizza Hut (20% off when ordering through iPhone/iPod touch app in newest update) and Dunkin Donuts all let you order through the iPhone app. With the Epicurious app (largest catalog of cooking recipes on the web) you can also add the recipes for the meals to a shopping list.
