Hi,

Quick question, I know I'm being thick but was hoping someone could help me out.

What combination of settings do I need so when I get an SMS, it shows no pop up alert, but just who it's from and the start of the text in the lockscreen, just like it does with an email. I'm using BiteSMS as well.

Thanks.

>View in Lock Screen>ON

BiteSMS>Settings>Quick Reply>Lock Mode>Slide to Open [your choice] and Auto Show Quick Reply>OFF

Quite a few safe modes with latest beta. Also not displaying email widget..

(Just my current experience, could be interference not coincidence)

I was experiencing frequent crashes so i uninstalled lockinfo. Cant recall which beta i was on though...are you guys still having springboard crashes with beta version 5.1.2-423?

I've been having an issue where the status bar clock doesn't show up. I have the lock screen clock hidden but set to show on sliding and also have the status bar clock set to show within LI's settings. It only shows up when I'm sliding but then stop sliding but after that when the phones screen goes off the time goes away.

Not crashing at all for me. You must have something else installed that's conflicting with it.

Nope it's .423, crash after crash, after downgrading to .300 stable again.
It might be interaction with another app but still .423 is not workable

That's what I mean - it has to be interaction with another app because I'm on .423 and I'm not getting any crashes. I'd assume that it's a conflict with a widget (or something else that interacts with LI), but it's tough for me to say I'm not having any issues. At least you were able to downgrade.

It still is a 423 problem as other versions don't have the crash issue.

You can use DebianSaver to automatically save your debs locally when installing in Cydia.

Still crashing. I checked my syslog and this is the error that I'm seeing over and over:

handle_get_value: HEY!!!!! http attempting to get [NULL]:[UniqueDeviceID]- Use MGCopyAnswer(kMGQUniqueDeviceID) instead of lockdown please! <rdar://problem/10666716>

For those who are experiencing crashes...do you guys by chance have Auxo installed? i too was having frequent crashes and thought it was lockinfo but after reading some other threads on the forums i figured out that Auxo was the culprit for me. I am currently on .423 and have not had any crashes since uninstalling Auxo.

I've had 5-6 crashes into safe mode today. They all happen when I'm doing nothing related to lockinfo or the notification center. Mostly happen when I'm opening up apps.

This only started a few days ago and the only thing changing on my phone since has been the lockinfo updates. I'm currently on v .423 and do not have Auxo installed.

This is getting a little bit frustrating

You're not using that tweak that makes your clock fade in when you unlock, are you? I had to uninstall it because it either didn't work, or just didn't like LockInfo.

LockInfo 5 just released in Cydia!!!!!

I remember seeing my iPhone re-spring by itself shortly after installing 5.1.2-423. Since it didn't happen often, I just let it go. Well, that was two nights ago, and there have been a few mystery re-springs since then.

I've reverted to 5.1.2-300 so let's see how that goes.

Edit: I noticed version 5.1.2-300 is 374,014 bytes and version 5.1.2-423 is 424,508 bytes. I just went through the process of putting back 5.1.2-423 and rebooting, and 5.1.2-300 and rebooting while checking memory usage in SBSettings each time. The -423 version definitely eats up more RAM (numbers fluctuated but it was about 668 MB free for -300 and about 652 MB free for -423) -- about 16 MB more. Does this imply -423 is doing something more than -300? Don't know. Just an observation.

Me too, any other ideas people?

The beta version before the current beta was (for me) the last working one, this one goes into safe mode all over the place and all but unusable with the same set of tweaks and the only difference is a newer lockinfo 5.

I sure hope this isn't the last beta for a while..

I'm seeing the same thing. I'm getting multiple resprings a day since the last update.

don't know if it was discussed before (too many pages to read through). just saw questions how to, but no answers.
looks like i found a way to change the vertical position, of where the widgets and notifications start. i realized that, when playing around with some lockslider themes. the vertical position of the widgets and notifications depends on the height, of some png-files, the slider theme is made of. if you navigate to the slider theme in use, for example by WinSCP, you will find following two files:

BarBottomLock@2x~iphone.png
BarLCD@2x~iphone.png

at most slider themes (and i suppose also the default ios slider theme), these two files have a height of 192 pixels. curiously, if you reduce the height of the files, the vertical starting position of the widgets and notifications moves upwards and starts to overlap with the lockscreen clock. if you increase the height of the two png-files, the vertical starting point of the widgets and notifications moves downwards and causes a gap to the lockscreen clock (see yellow marked gap at attached screenshot). at the shown screenshot, i increased the height of the sliders png-files to 300 pixels.

hope this helpes some of the themers.

i also have a question:
above the slider, there is a thin horizontal bar in fixed position (marked with the yellow arrow in the screenshot) which really annoys me. this bar must be a part of lockinfo, cause it is only shown in consolidated layout.
does anybody know how to remove this bar? i guess this bar is also based on a png-file anywhere in lockinfo? any guess where and how the file-name is?

thank you in advance for any help.
