Thanks everyone. I want to thank you for being honest. In the end I ditched the idea, here is my actual logo.

Not bad. Just try to add some color in it. I appreciate you for your creative effort. Keep up and good luck ShareWall.

Guys, I am trying to show a concept. Not a finished piece of work.

My advice is that if you're trying to show a concept that you actually explain what that concept is in order to get buy-in from your audience. That way we won't be left wondering about so many of the design choices.

Why did you choose those fonts? The colors? What are you trying to say about your site?

What he said.

I can't hold back any longer...

A logo should contain a message. No offense but your logo simply tells me that the letter 'w' has a complex about being small?!

It tells me nothing of what your site does.

ShareWall is a highly visual name. Look at brainstorming ideas for sharing and walls. i.e. sharing = duplicating, handing over etc and wall = bricks/rectangles, building blocks etc. then generate some symbols that merge the two.

I'm sorry, call me thick I just don't get the logo

It has no meaning or purpose, S with a lowercase w has no meaning while the relationship between the letterforms are disjointed therefore conveying no message of what the "brand" is.

ShareWall has good imagery and a very direct naming convention, the logo does not. It appears to be a college monogram...

Sorry to say this but it's bad, has no purpose and defecates all over the ideals of quality brand design philosophies. If you bothered reading the links provided you'd have a much better idea of how to create something with meaningful purpose not a 15minutes "I's got l33t photoshop ninja skillz" logo.
