^I like the first one the most but, i think the mouse should be replaced, because when i see the mouse i don't think of an O, so in my mind it would just be berlin technology store..

They're all too busy. Simplify. I'd try to avoid using 3D textures in your logo also, it makes it look cheesy and unprofessional. Also, if you haven't already, get away from the computer and start drawing out ideas in a sketchpad. The computer stifles your creativity.

Like people here said a lot, too busy. And if you must have the 3D, multi-colored balls, keep it simple?
My 2 cents, which at the current exchange rate is maybe 1/4 that.
