I have the Kata R-103 you mentioned. It seems to work very well for me and the plus is since I have big shoulders the bag adjusts great for my size. It is very durable and has an extra separate holder for the tripod to mount anywhere on the bag. It also has a nice clip extender on the bottom to add another pouch for extra gear if needed. I was questioning it at first looking at it online but after having it for some time it is nice and I feel my gear is really safe from damage.
