Watchcast is being updated for OS4 now, and WatchPlayer already is.
Neither stream though, so you need to plan ahead a little. They've worked fine with using NRC for a run and playing audio in the background. OS4 broke Watchcast though, and the author has posted that he's expecting the update to go public in a few days.
