Excellent point. Another way to phrase it:

It takes almost no effort to make a baseless claim. But it can take extraordinary effort to disprove the baseless claim.

When someone makes extraordinary accusations, then that person should prove it.

Not the other way around.

The burden of proof is with the accuser.

Unfortunately people are mostly too dim to turn their insane hypothesis into a theory by doing the leg work and instead use their only skill, that of the politician and marketer (aka lying scum) so flap the face hole on YouTube to get their rabid sheep to bleet in unison with their blathering excrement.
