Ok...so...i called Apple Store and asked what we could do! They said it's "replacing under warranty". I'm not too sure, as to what that means...replacing part, or the whole machine...i've got to be honest with you...i'd rather go and change the whole machine! Is that rude, to ask them to give me a new one?
If it's being "replaced under warranty" then I guess you will get a new (or refurbished?) one, as a replacement... ;)

Hold on a second, mate! I didn't pay for a refurb when i bought it:)
God only knows, how much i wish i didn't have to deal with such issues...
I hope a second unit will come flawless. I don't intend to jump in for a third one...if that were to happen, i would probably ask for a refund, even if i had to pay some fee...
