M1 12.9 “Old” Magic Keyboard and Glass Protector

So I have the M1 12.9 iPad Pro and the “previous” Magic Keyboard. I know the tolerances were changed in the newer one due to the thickness of the mini-LED.

Now considering a glass screen protector, so wonder if anyone with the same iPad and same version of Magic Keyboard can confirm if it’s just too tight to use a glass screen protector.

I suspect it is, but would like confirmation one way or another.
