Hi I'm new here hope this is ok here. I have a M1 16gb and 512ssd. I use my M1 for my main PS machine and other photographic applications. I just upgraded to 26.5.2 and everything with BOOM. No bluetooth for my mouse or Wacom tablet, It keeps restarting and sometimes getting in a restart mode and if I try my mouse it crashes again. I have been able to get it into recovery mode 4 or 5 time and reinstall Tahoe and it works ok for a while. I would buy a M4 but you chant touch the price. waiting for the M5. I also have many usb devices like HD and speakers Mic etc. Should I keep fighting this to go back to like a prior version. I'd really don't want to have to reformat and re install all my programs. I store all my docs and files on external drives. Thanks for the help.

when you say that you reinstalled Tahoe, does that mean you formatted and reinstalled or just that you chose the reinstall option?

Reinstalling Tahoe from Recovery reuses your user library — that's exactly why it works for a while and then breaks again. The Bluetooth flake plus Wacom crashes pattern usually points at either a corrupted Bluetooth prefs plist or a third-party driver (Wacom's Tahoe driver has had a rough couple of releases; make sure you're on their latest, not whatever shipped on disc). Best quick diagnostic before you nuke anything: create a fresh admin user in System Settings > Users & Groups, log in as that user, and see if the crashes and BT drops stop. If they do, it's user-library cruft rather than the OS, and you can rebuild targeted prefs without a full wipe-and-reinstall of your PS setup.

Ok I created a new admin user. It started crashing even time I typed the login password. So I was able to get back to my main account and delete everything. Shut it down waited 5 min and restarted the Mac. Downloaded the new driver for the Wacom and have been using it for 2 hrs with no crashes or restarts. When I put the computer to sleep and it wakes up when it press the space bar sometimes it crashes and sometimes it just fine.

I have the same hardware, but my exact Model Number is Z12P000M9LL/A (with no Wacom pad) and have no issue with crashing. A quick web search of "MacOS Tahoe crash with wacom pad" brings up many hits with MacOS 26. Do you have any crash reports in the Console App? The Crash report may implicate the Wacom software. In not, and if you have time, I would remove the Wacom software or install again without out the Wacom. Seems a good chance you may need latest WACOM software or deal with Wacom to fix the problem.

P.S. I just noticed there is a WACOM support Community (with macOS Tahoe issues) but you need an account:
You may find a solution there if you have not looked already.

Thank you for the info and help.

If your problems reappear you should consider a system format and new install. It’s drastic and it’s a pain in the backside but it’s more likely to resolve your problems if they have not already been, including @jdw13 consideration of Wacom support.

What is an "M1"? MacBook Air? Mac mini? MacBook Pro? Post your Mac's real model and specs.
If your question is real, all I can suggest is that you look it up. Apple shipped many of the M1 MBA 16/512 models. The big change was the MagSafe Charging for the M2. If it wasn't real...

I have decided to reformat the drive and go back to sequoia where it was stable and never update this Mac mini again.
It/s a good machine. I use it ever day in my work. Thank you all for your help.
