I was under the impression that M2 Pro/Max and M3 Pro/Max Supported 4k240HZ. From testing it seems to only work from USBC -> DP. I can only get 60hz.

HDMI 2.1 to HDMI 2.1 works fine no problem.

I don't have a standard 4k monitor but a dual 4k - 7680x2160 Samsung G9 57” and it works fine with my mini 2 pro using a usb C to DP cable at 120 Hz. I tested it with a MBP 14” M2Pro, the result was the same.

The DP worked, it was the hdmi 2.1 that didn’t work.
