I just got my 14" M4 Pro 24GB/2TB today. Here's what I'm pushing. On the 1GB test I'm getting around 8,250/5,300 MB/s. ON the 5GB trial run, I get 6,700/5,300 MB/S.
My 16" M1 Pro 16/2TB was somewhere in the 7,000/7000 neighborhood so I'm slightly disappointed to see an overall slower benchmark... but not really disappointed as I'll never be doing anything in which I'm going to take advantage of sustained speeds anywhere near this.
