The Tech Chap - M4 Max [128GB 16/40 8TB]

edit: the one i was waiting for... NanoTexture looks decent. even my 6 year old PG279Q is a 1440p matte 27" screen for gaming... and i found it decently sharp enough, even though MBP have higher dpi so ehh i am considering it more
edit 2: he does say M4 Max eats 20W more power && gets a little bit louder over m3 max [but he's extreme stress testing, i wont get close to that kind of stress use]
The Nano Texture looks great from his review:

The reviews look great. I didn't get nano texture, and while I might miss it, I use my iPad Pro as a second screen when I travel. I didn't get nano texture on that one either... so I wanted them to match. Perhaps in the next upgrade cycle, I'll go nano texture!

You wanted them to match? This is not something I would have even thought of LOL.

Unless.....You wouldn't want your iPad to get nano envy. Yes that's it.

I originally ordered without nano texture but after seeing the reviews have decided to cancel and reorder with it. will cost me another week or so of waiting but seems like a cool and well-executed feature.

I am definitely considering it. The difference was noticeable when I looked at the MBP's in the apple store last night in Perth City. Best part is, this nano screen is accessible on all macs, not like the iPad Pro which forced you to spec 1TB just to get it [yuck]

It wasn't as convincing on the iPad Pro's when I looked at it and it was poorly executed, a glossy bezel plus nanotexture screen. The MBP is nanotexture all the way to the edges [minus the notch]

Would like to see nano-texture transition to phones [wishfful thinking]... to a certain degree, even my 16 Pro Max is sometimes hard to see outdoors due to the reflections of the glossy screen.
