I dont think ill be getting bootcamp since I still have a PC and PC laptop in the house however I would like to do some simple graphic work (ie making banners/editing pics) etc on the mac if possible

Ok ok say I wanted to only keep the standard mac applications the mac mini comes with...then put Office 2004 on it (or some other office program if its compatible with office on a PC?) and waited for a better version of adobe photoshop would 512mb be enough? A lot of money has been spent already I COULD put in another 512 from the proceeds of the other computer im selling (if i get enough) and upgrade the memory but im not sure how outdated the mac mini is going to become and perhaps persist 2-3 years and wait rather than upgrade everything? What do you think
