Mac Mini hard Drive Configuration

Well. I've just restarted, selected the SSD to boot from via USB and all seems OK, it's obviously 'fast'.

I'll run it for the rest of the day from USB to see how it all goes and will maybe install it into the mac tomorrow.

The drives are separate by the way.

Update

I've shut down and restarted the mac a few times now and can boot from either the SSD or the original Server HD and all works great.

Haven't put the SSD into the mac yet but I assume that all will be OK, so many thanks for the help and advice on this one. I'll have a whole bunch of other queries elsewhere on this site.
