I was easily able to easily swap the 1.66 CPU for a 2.33 GHz Intel Core Duo (purchased on the internet), also bumped up the RAM to 2GB and put in a Hitach Travelstar 100GB 7200 RPM drive. I have Bootcamp and Windows XP installed. I also put a Antec notebook cooler under it for extra cooling if needed. The Mini does run cool at 47-50° C.

The system is a rocketship.

Pics? How 'bout a screenshot of your About This Mac window?
Video would be even better.

But but pictures were asked for! :D

I believe there's a shop that'll upgrade a Mini for you. It's rather pricy though.

Yeah, but we'd like to see pics. It's awesome that you have 7200 rpm drive and 2 GB RAM, but people have put both 2.16 GHz Core Duos and also Merom's into Mini's. Not that it's not cool. That must be one hell of a machine. Just sad you can't exchange the GPU...:( :D

do you guys asking for pictures expect it to somehow look different than a stock mini?

No, we are just obsessive about this sort of things. We like to drool at pics of Macs and screenshots of "About This Mac". ;) :D

the pictures people are wanting to see are screen shots of the "about this mac", not actual photos of the mac mini enclosure..

If that's all it takes, we all know how easy that is to do. It is a bit interesting no pics have been uploaded. I'll wait to get excited until I see em.

As was posted earlier, we don't want to see the insides, just a screenshot of the about this mac window.

See post #2.
Please read entire thread before spewing sarcasm. :) And I'm not a nay-sayer, I was just curious to see the About This Mac window in either pics or video (video would better IMHO).

Listen you guys, I just want to let you know that you can easily upgrade the CPU to a 2.33, increase the RAM to 2GB and upgrade the hard drive to a 100GB Travelstar. The unit works and still runs cool, but I feel that all Mac Mini's should have a cooling fan underneath to increase the lifespan. The only thing is that the video card needs an upgrade, this will probably be done in the future Mac towers.

I am sick of this give me an About This Mac Screen Shot and I will be happy.

Umm its suppose to be the T7200 isnt it...Take that back it is wrong on wiki...And even more so I even find it harder to believe becasue the Core 2 will be out so soon, and will be O so cheap.
