Please help, I can't seem to access the rest of my notes as my Mac Notes screen seem to stuck on this page. How to I make the side bar appear again?

Just guessing...

You might be in gallery view and are hiding your toolbar. If so, use the "View" menu to show the toolbar. The toolbar has a "<" which will let you exit the current note.

Select the Windows -> Notes menu to reopen the main window. Probably you opened a note in a new window, and then closed the main window.

It also looks like you've customized the toolbar to remove the sidebar control.
