Report ist weird. One HDD 12V reports 0V

as it is a 2009 maybe a firmware glitch.

Tried deep nvram reset (3 nvram resets nonstop in a row) ?

If this is no cure than:

Dump the Firmware (very very important)

Flash the generic mp51.fd 144.0.0.0.0 firmware from the latest Mojave full installer.

This will flash an empty firmware with no machine data. This is just a test run. You will lose Apple Services and Software what is tied with the serial number of the machine will refuse to work.

If this is the cure than the firmware will need to be rebuilt. I can help with that.

Thank you! I have not set up 3 times the NVRAM as you said! I will try! Do you think I went up and down the original 4.1 Firmware?

This is totally SMC related and not EFI firmware related at all. SMC is independent of the BootROM.

Anyway, flashing the 144.0.0.0.0 MP51.fd firmware from 10.14.6, the generic BootROM image used for upgrades, is a good test to eliminate any doubts.

Again: before flashing an "empty" firmware dump the current one, you will need it either for rebuilding or for going back to the original state after testing.

I do not quite get it! I also have no understanding of that! Can you give the detailed instructions or have a specific link! Thank you!

If you don't understand what we explained already, don't do it. It will not solve your SMC problems.

SMC is completely independent of the BootROM. Your screenshots show that your problem is missing SMC sensors, messing with the BootROM will not change anything for the missing sensors.

Yes, thank you! I will be looking for a Macpro 4.1 near me to try!
