Thanks, if you're referring to the work of Rominator (macvidcards), yes I'm familiar with it. He's working on an MXM card with Apple EFI ROM, but it's not available yet and indeed, no estimate of when (and whether) it will be. I greatly respect his work and would buy such a card in an instant if it existed!
