MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Pro 5,1 No boot or chime

My last random thought.....

remove power lead and hold power button for 10 sec...
release power button...
wait 10 sec...
reinsert power lead and try to start up.

as others have said after exhausting all the simple methods its now time to start swapping parts like the cpu tray or PSU. Your best bet is to find another Mac Pro on EBAY or marketplace.
