Next step is to remove the hybrid MP4,1>5,1 BootROM. The cross-flashing method is prone to bricking since the BootROM is an hybrid of MP4,1 and MP5,1 - only the EFI is upgraded, all the rest is still MP4,1.

Oh I didn't know that.. is there a link to a page that I can study in order to achieve this? Will I loose the possibility of running older OSs?

I'll send you a PM. You already lost Leopard, a MP5,1 firmware can't boot anything earlier than a special build of 10.6.4.

Btw, do you have the full photo of the socket with the bent pin? It's socket A or B?

I'm curious to know what CPU signal is there.

Yes, the full socket. It's a matrix, from the position of the pin I can find the signal that is using that pin on the documentation.

It's socket A or B?
