I hope you didn't pay a lot then, was it listed as 'damaged'.
The cmos battery is pretty important, lack of it can cause all sorts of errors (then with OC on top....).

Yes was sold cheap and as damaged and payed to machines the same basically nothing but any one maybe knows were to get a new cmos battery holder? Or any idea how to fix it
