I cannot turn on the computer the leds on the motherboard of cpu A and cpu B flash but when I press the button on the computer does nothing it does not start. when i press the button on the motherboard i have the 5v stby led which lights up in orange. is the food that is dead?

Just use Apple Service Diagnostic and you would see the exact same error, but in SIMPLE ENGLISH.. those cryptic codes just confuse anyone.. if you don't have ASD 3S132, Let me know.

Sorry to hijack... buy ANy chance I can still get that testing program? I know this is an ancient thread. But I run a studio and my 5,1 Mac Pro with upgraded processors has started to shut down when doing complex edits. I have the GPU on its own power supply. It’s already eaten 2 graphics cards inside of 15 months. :-(. It’s gotten gradually worse the last 3 years.

This site has ASD versions from 2001-2012. Be sure to get the correct version for your system (i.e. if you have a true 5,1, you probably want 3S149, but if you have a 4,1 flashed as 5,1, you might want 3S132 (I'm not sure about that)).
I can't vouch for the site beyond having downloaded a usable version from them once; YMMV.

hello I can not use any test given that the cpuA and cpuB leds on the motherboard flash and when I press on nothing happens the computer does not start

Thanks! I was able to
Download the correct files. But I need to run it as root. And for some reason my Sierra based machine can’t boot off the USB stick. Even installing the ASD app on an external boot drive, it always chimes in with “you need to be working at root level” or some such wording :-(.
