Besides the typical malware scanner, they have a browser extension which tracks trackers and such.
Years ago, I didn't worry. These days, it's definitely time to worry because Apple isn't as vigilant as they need to be with Safari any more than Google is vigilant with Chrome. If you use Adobe products, you also need to worry.
