Mac Studio? Just like the Surface Studio?

It strikes me the lack of originality in the name. Apple Mac Studio blatantly borrows the name from the Microsoft Surface Studio, another desktop aimed at creative professionals.

Apple used to be more original and came up with better names. iMac. MacBook Air. iPad. Apple Pencil (instead of pen). AirPods. The Apple Watch was not original, but at least it described the product.

But Mac Studio? Is Apple copying the very same company that it once despised? What a turn of events! I am shocked.

Didn’t apple use the name studio before Microsoft, with their studio display? Seems Microsoft was the one who copied Apple.

Steve Jobs announced that Microsoft would be making an investment of 150,000 shares in Apple (Series A, non voting, convertible preferred stock) worth about 150 million dollars. These shares would have been convertible after a period of 3 years (2000) into common stock at a conversion price of $8.25.
