Can you go to the System Prefs and see if they changed the Energy Saver bulb icon to the newer one?

The heating issue was prob the best fix EVA! Dealing with heat is the worst thing because then you got a lowed blowing fan, and your worrying about overheating, and heat from resistance actually slows down your computer somewhat. How is opening a little more intense apps like adobe photoshop and garage band? Tell tell, give times on things!

128 000 000 000 bytes = 119.20929 gigabytes

7gb missing again, so hmm, looks to round down just like the "64GB SSD" did

That is music to my ears! Might be time to put up the new macbook for sale and pick up the air again! the air was perfect for my needs, but the heat and core shutdowns took away from the experience.

Do you have an external monitor handy? If so, could you please try connecting it and seeing if you have any core shutdown issues? I think this was something that was almost guaranteed to happen in the prior revision (especially with a larger monitor).

Were you running activity monitor to watch for a core shutdown? Did playing the video back use almost 100% of the CPU?

Thanks man.

I am getting super excited that I think you should post your full video review ASAP and you will be the first in the world :)

Damn it, I wish we can all do a live interactive Q&A with video lol.

Just wanted to thank you again for answering all of the questions here. Apple should give you a % of the sales that you're creating for them today. ;) :)

SO TRUE!!!!!!!!
Heres a question. They didn't get it right last time, so tell us. How is the battery? Whenever you get a chance drain the battery and see how many hours you can get out of just using the internet or something like that. Take your time, I am just interested.
out of 10 what would you give? Also, I already have my own answer, but for college purposes, do you think it would work well?

I'm really interested in Battery Performance, in light of the 9400M + Penrynn/Monteniva combination. How many hours can you go unplugged with WiFi browsing, etc (and possibly 3G)?

Yes but a Rev A would be in the 70º's.

The temperature is relative to what you are doing. My previous MBA used to reach 90's C and most of the time it would be 85C while watching YouTube.

Now, 60's maybe without YouTube and you never know what other tricks Apple is doing this time to the processors (hopefully non).

I would still wait to get more feedback regarding the temperatures to be safe and happy.
