Macbook Air BTO Delivery On Time?

I wish you could pay for overnight shipping and I'd have mine today. As it stands I paid for expedited but the weekend is splitting my delivery so its Monday. Stoked!

I ordered expedited shipping on my 11.6" air and I got it 24 hours early.

Still sitting in China for the past 48 hours since it shipped. Until I received it, I have waited over a week which is the longest than the wait times for any previous apple products I purchased online. Usually takes about 3-4 days to arrive to Toronto via FedEx.

I also ordered mine on the same day, its been sitting in Shanghai as well for the past 24 hours! Though mine's coming to Hong Kong through TNT not Fedex, I still want to know why it's not moving...

UPS tells me it's coming today,.. but it's way past 17:00 so I don't think it is.
And today was the planned day.

Mine went from Shanghai to me in less than 24 hours

Mine shipped from Shanghai on 10/26 with an estimated delivery of 10/29 at 4:30pm. When I checked the evening of 10/27 it was in transit from Shanghai. By the morning of 10/28, it was in a FedEx "desk facility," and somehow it was delivered at 9:12am on 10/28. I was more than happy. AND I didn't pay for expedited shipping.

When the estimate was 10/29th by 4:30pm, I thought "Why didn't I pay for expedited shipping, it probably will won't come until Monday" - so be optimistic. Mine came a day and 1/2 early.

I got the 11.6", 1.6, with 4G memory, 128G flash drive and I'm impressed with it so far (although I would have liked the 256G).

The screen is beautiful - it's as good as my 2006 ACD (30"). Same intensity of color - pixels not visible.

I'm really hoping to receive mine with 24 hours of shipment! I got the same configuration as you. I ordered it on Wednesday, and it shipped this morning (Friday) from Shanghai. The expected delivery date on the Fed-Ex tracking site is next Wednesday. However, it would be awesome to receive it tomorrow!! I did pay for expedited shipping.

I had the free shipping and mine arrived earlier than expected. The initial FedEx estimate was Nov. 2. It shipped Oct 27, and I got it Oct 29, of course it had an extra day across the international date line.

I ordered last Sunday (Oct 24) and it got here today Oct 29. Pretty darn good.

MBA 11.6, 1.4 128, 4 GB.

Off to finish setting it up!
