MacBook Air early 2014 (11'') screen issue

Hi,

Could anybody please tell me what's wrong with my computer screen?

There are many of them, kind of smear/trace diagonal lines run at ~ 45 degree.

Is there any chance I can fix it myself by replace some cable buying somewhere on the internet without taking it to the store? I don't want to replace the screen, the price is so high even at independent repairer.

You can't replace the video cable without taking the screen apart which is very difficult to do without damaging the screen.
