I'm not sure if my 11" MBA had Flash installed or not; I don't use Safari so no idea. If you install Chrome, it has a Flash player built in. Or install Firefox and then go to flash.com and you can download and install the one for it.
You might want to do a Software Update as well to be sure you have the latest OSX. When I got my MBA, there was a big update to download.
